What we collect
Your account email and display name, plus the inventory, sales, cash offers and trades you record in KantoFlow, including any photos you upload.
Why we collect it
To run your workspace: to show your inventory, calculate offers, and produce your profit and ROI analytics. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see your data
Only you. Every record is scoped to your account with database-level access rules, so other users cannot read or modify your inventory or sales.
Storage and retention
Data is stored with our hosting and database provider and kept as long as your account exists. Deleting an item removes it from your workspace immediately.
Your rights
You can view, edit or delete your records at any time from within the app, and you can request full deletion of your account and its data by contacting us.
